A 3-day Bed and Breakfast Management workshop for prospective innkeepers including preliminary planning, hands-on training, handouts and a breakfast preparation. Receive training on how to best achieve your dream of owning and managing your bed and breakfast. Training includes 14 hours of instruction, dialogue, handouts, and tips from an experienced innkeeper as well as recipes and hands-on experience preparing gourmet breakfasts. Workshops have no more than eight students per course. This bed and Breakfast Management workshop is taught by Campus B&B owner/innkeeper, Avis Pohl, who also teaches a 3 hour seminar for aspiring innkeepers and classes in Bed and Breakfast Management at Iowa State University.
