Location: Key to executing RVM's strategy is the development of dialysis networks in areas where the patients are considered "undeserved" due to the following circumstances:Inconvenience by the travel time and distance to existing centers. Lack of choice in convenient times available for dialysis treatment. Over-utilized existing dialysis centers and/or physicians. Alliances: Renal Ventures is engaged in ongoing efforts to create alliances with a wide range of healthcare organizations that will encompass the entire spectrum of renal-related activities.
