This place is absolutely ridiculous! I was treated poorly by everyone I encountered. I continued to call for the manager who never returned any calls IN ADDITION to making it known on their FB page. Believe it or not but no one has ever responded. They do not care! They know that BMW will sell itself so they do what they please. It is ridiculous when the owner and managers of a location do not care about what is being done to customers. The only thing I will say is after 3 days of torture and COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONALISM I called corporate and was able get a sweet lady on
