when i called claude he was very nice. he explainedto me everything that had happened to the best of his knowledge. he allowed me to ask as many questions as i liked and was polite threw the whole conversation. he also tried working with us on the bond money as far as working out a payment plan and deal. he is a very nice man, and i thank him for that
