We bought a new $40,000 truck on the first day we met with a salesman at the dealership. They did not have the running boards in stock, but the salesman said they would be in Friday (we bought the car on a Monday). We had to call multiple times, e-mail multiple times, and finally DRIVE TO THE DEALERSHIP THREE SEPARATE TIMES to get them to (1) order the running boards, (2) find out if they had been delivered to the dealership, and (3) get the running boards put on.
