When my bank could not obtain foreign currency in time for my trip to Europe, Foreign Currency Exchange Services came to my rescue. They exchanged my dollars to euros and pound sterling. I also bought a neck wallet that holds my currency and passport. I received a "cheat sheet" (it translates euro to dollar costs) and some travel tips with my currency too. They reminded me to call my credit card companies---so my cards won't be shut off and to inquire about the conversion fees that I may incur.
