We bought a mobile home off williamburg they was slow about having it built and hasnt fixed all the problems we have in it and there is a lot of things wrong and its a new home would never buy from them again there nice when you want to buy once its paid for you never hear from them again our ceiling is cracked and they havnt came out to fix it we told them so many times not recommended
