Save your time and money; don’t go to Lake Norman Infiniti! I went there for a state inspection, new tires and an oil change. While my car was there, the staff somehow broke my license plate off of the bumper. They tried to repair the bumper, but it was broken beyond repair. They then replaced the bumper and painted it a color which did not come close to matching. They made up numerous excuses for why pearlized white cannot be matched, such as “they were matching old paint to new paint”, it’s hard to compare “paint on plastic to paint on metal”, and pearlized white “tends t
