A volunteer driver named Ken Mcguinty backed into my daughters car and caused significant front end damage. She was very distraught and Mr. Mcguinty admitted he was sorry and did not see her behind him as he was backing up. He repeatedly tried to leave the sceene before exchanging the information stating that he did not see any front end damage. A passenger in my daughter's car would not allow Mr. Mcguinty to leave the sceene without giving his information.
