This building is beautiful. And right by the river. But, the owners don't fix things and if you complain too much, they won't renew your lease. They also state in the lease that if you take them to court for anything, YOU have to pay the court costs and their attorney fees, making it impossible to get your deposit back. Because they don't give deposits back. They will charge you even to shampoo ten year old worn carpets after you leave. The resident manager will lie about everything and say if anything breaks, it's your fault. I can't recommend
