My husband and I purchased a new TV on 2/15/09 . The sales help were very helpful , we were told that the installation would be free because the TV was over a certin amount . We were told that it would be installed in one week . One week went by and the the person who was to do the instalation called and said he was sick . In the meantime we told them that was fine and made an other appointment . The person never came because he said he ran into some problems . The next appointment is for Mar.5th . So if you buy a TV don't plan on Best Buy to install it for you . Their ser
