Sears Auto at Southpoint is horrible. Their customer service is horrible. They way they do business is unacceptable. Their employees are rude, lazy and unprofessional. They will not try to help you out in any way. Customer Service is defintely not a priority here. If you need tires, try Discount Tire. They are extremely accommodating. Stay away from Sears!
