i shop in there regularly. the staff is very helpful. i was in there one time getting newspaper pellets for my rabbits potties. the bag didn't state any ingredience on it besides newspaper. he went and checked the info that they had on hand and checked with the company to make sure there was nothing else in it. i thought that was great that he went out of his like that. they always ask me how my animals are. if by some chance they don't have something( which is rare) they will order it.their prices are the best around. i do alot of price checking because i have quite a few
