E. did a real hack job...looks like she tried to cut my daughter's hair while riding a tilt a whirl. Uneven cut vs. straight and even. Instead of highlights, she bleached her hair. Her hair is now damaged and dry it's falling out. Every teenagers nightmare. A kindergartner with safety scissors and finger paint could do a better job! Beware if you love your hair! Am filing a complaint with the state cosmetology board.
