Very poor service, reported mold in between windows in June 2011, now Jan 2012 and they have given multiple excuses as to why the window did not come in..... Never ordered......... Not on the shipment, broken glass, wrong window ordered all in consecutive order. They Now refuse to answer or return a phone call from us and these are windows that are under warranty. Very difficult to deal with.
