I called Expert Rooter to schedule an estimate for fixing a leaky faucet. The person that referred me told me to ask for Joe and when I did, the girl that answered the phone was so rude to me, I couldn't believe it! She had total attitude and just kept repeating "How can I help you" when I asked for Joe. She acted more like a jealous wife than a receptionist. The more information I gave her about the plumbing problem, the more rude and accusatory the tone in her voice became.
