After purchasing several appliances with this company I thought I was pleased until my l month past the warranty Maytag front load washer had issues. They gave me some silly reason why. Fixed it at my expense twice and after some research I found that previous years of this Maytag had class actions filed. Thompson was not interested in helping. That was an expensive washer. Never again at Thompson. Their loss.
