We have been so frustrated with this company. They lack customer service and they constantly lie. Our insurance company has a contract with this company so we were told to call them and have them look at our gas water heater. We paid them the deductible when they came out but they said that they had to order a part for the gas heater. We have had to call them every day to check on the status. It has been over 7 business days since they came by and supposedly ordered the part. They have been rude since the first time they came out. They still have not given us a date when we
