I fully paid for my dress that they were storing. When I went to pick it up they told me they sold it to someone it fit "perfectly" so obviously they let other people try on my paid for dress. When my mother and I wanted to see an order form that they re ordered it they were rude and inappropriate to my mother. Truely disgusting. I would never recommend Special Occasions.
