I was so excited to order balloons to have delivered to my child's school. when I was quoted the delivery charge, they added 26 miles to the drive somehow and quoted me $30 for delivery alone. when I called back to let them know that the actual mileage was significantly less they were less than pleasant and didn't want to deal with me at all. apparently they are not in need of business.
