I have my haircut at Carter's Barber Shop all the time. Julie is the best there is! She will advise you on the best haircut for you and will listen to what you have to say. She is a master with the clippers and gives the best buzzcuts anywhere. A marine had his high and tight done by Julie. After the cut was done he remarked, "You do better than the camp barber!" Julie in her usual style just blushed and said "Thank you". The shop is always clean and there is always someone waiting for a haircut.
