My fiance went to Accent Dental in April of this year. He had a tooth pulled by one of their Drs(who isn't listed on their website so I can't find his name) and the Dr said that the infection was localized to the tooth. He wrote my fiance a script for vicodin and sent us on our way. The next day we went to the ER because he was in agonizing pain and they said he was infected and they gave us a script for Clindamycin which was what Accent Dental should have given him in the first place.
