In or around the first of October, 2010 I called Kathy to see if she had any Shorkie puppies. She said she had a female for $450. I went to her home and put down a deposit and went back abount two weeks later and paid her in full. She wrote Shorkie on the paperwork. She told me that the puppy ws 3/4 Shi-tzu and 1/4 Yorkie. Not knowing exactly what a Shorkie was supposed to look like at that young age, I took her word for it because I thought she was a reputable breeder.
