Bad management. I had several items stolen from my apt. I installed a hidden camera and caught the maintenance tech stealing a gold ring. Management said they would look into it but never did acknowledge the situation, probably because the tech is related to the owner. All I could do was file a police report and hope I find my Dad's ring at a pawn shop. Their Ad said apartments were updated but that was in the 80's. Can't justify why they increase rent every year. My neighbor had bed bugs but management didn't tell us about it. I moved out as soon as lease was up.
