This store used to be really great when Mr. Smith is there but not any more. The specific complaint I have is about returns. Would not accept a return for a defective product since the packaging was not intact. Had to argue with them to accept return of spray paint that was not needed. I only purchased extra because the sales person told me that I could return any that was unused. Was told that the sales person was misinformed (how did this become my problem). Will not shop there again. They are much more accomodating at Elliots and Home Depot.
