Have been going to this spa for 4 mos now, and have noticed it's hit or miss. Last visit the hairdresser seemed high on something--no joke! She slurred her words and wasn't making sense. She applied the wrong color and left it on for an hr instead of the recommended 30 min. My hair is FRIED! The cut was terrible and it cost me $130 w/tip. Called the spa the next day after surveying the damage and left word that I wanted to speak w/the mgr. It's been a week and still no call back. I will never go there again.
