Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this GREENWOOD, INDIANA Big-O location!!! Russ, the guy that checked me in and apparently did the work on my car is a complete jerk. They are rude, lazy and apparently cant do a simple task like rotate tires. I took my car there for hte 5,000 mile tire rotation, drove out and the car was pulling terribly to the right. They were so rude when I checked in, I never should've left my car there - that's what I get for not listening to my gut.
