I hate to write a negative review but it doesn't take too much to sour me if I have a bad experience somewhere. I've done business with Bailey Brothers Music twice. The first time was when I purchased a headphone amp and couple of other small items. One of the items was on clearance and priced at a discount. I realized after I'd almost gotten home that they charged me full price for it. (partly my fault) When I returned the item, I didn't even get as much as a "sorry bout' that dude".
