My landlord uses them for their property manager, my landlord is great I've known her since I was growing up, however Mathis is the slowest and cheapest company at getting something repaired. We had a leak in our house that ended up flooding most of the down stairs, as well as a leak in the cealing upstairs. The contractors didnt find a source to the leak so they redid the messed up portion of the cealing and replaced the tile that had mold growing from the water leak. This took over a month to get done, they haven't even mentioned anything about putting us up i
