I had a horrible day. It was freezing and just wanted to feel better. I called ahead and spoke to a very nice lady (maybe the owner). I explained I just need to relax but also have back issues. I have had massages for years, but she explained the different types of massage offered. I didnt know there were so many, good thing she explained the benefits too! I shod up for a hot stone massage and Heather also incorporated some Thai massage to help my achy back. It was wonderful. She even let me bring my own music. The atmosphere was relaxed and comforting.
