I've used this company at least 3 times now and they try their hardest to come out when you call for emergencies. Our A/C was out as of yesterday and my fiance tried everything before having to call (trying to save $). When he got home today, it was still over 90 degrees in the house. I immediately called (around 4pm) and the owner Jim was at my house before 5:30pm. I wasnt really expecting him until tomorrow, but when his wife called and said he was on his way, I thanked her over and over. Jim had the outside unit apart and fixed within 10 m
