While Rose is a great groomer, you should know she harbors a convicted felon on the premises. Her ex-husband lives with her, is a convicted felon and enjoys exposing himself to women. He has been arrested for indecent exposure, but that hasn't stopped him from exposing himself to numerous women in the neighborhood. As a convicted felon, by law he's not allowed to possess any firearms, but he does. Be very careful if you go, this man has the potential to be extremely dangerous.
