I called and scheduled an initial cleaning over a week in advance. Since it was the first time I would be using the company I took the morning off of work to be home when they showed up to make sure everything was good to go. Too bad they didn't show up....or answer the phone when I called to inquire where they were.....or call me back when I called again and left a message later that day. Unfortunately, it took me calling them for a third time the following day to finally get someone on the phone, who told me that they had me in the schedule, but didn't know what
