I am a certified yoga instructor. My experience at New Day Yoga studio in Overland Park, Kansas is what inspired me to begin this path. The studio is the best I've ever been to - all of the instructors are exceptional, the atmosphere is comfortable and inspiring, and the owner, Vlad, is an amazing yogi who makes a personal connection with all his students. He truly cares about your experience in the classes and your practice. I would highly recommend this studio to both beginning students and those further along on their path.
