I am writing this to explain how Bullitt Automotive does not stand behind their work. They worked on our 2007 Ford F150 less than a year ago and 5000 miles ago. They replaced the spark plugs and transmission shift seal. The number eight cylinder spark plug was improperly installed which caused major engine damage. The transmission seal still leaks. After speaking with the owner of Bullitt Automotive on multiple occasions, He refused to repair or even look at the truck. I am very disappointed with the workmanship and customer relations with this repair facility. The truck
