We had them come pick up our van in April because the torque converter was leaking. They said they would try to get ford to fix since the part had been recalled. We were told IF ford would fix it under warranty they would tow it to Ford and let us know. We found out a week later that they had towed it to Ford when Ford called and said it couldn't be fixed under warranty because the recall wasn't fixed by a ford dealer.
