HORRIBLE SERVICE! Very rude dispatcher named Jordan, and the owner is just as rude and is more then happy to rip you off! We got over charged and they upped the mileage more then what it really was, when asked for some proof off the mileage they said the don't keep record of it. How unprofessional! The city of Wichita police called them for us, why would they wanted to support such a horrible business. I hope no one ever has to deal with these people, their business should be shut down! I refuse to give these people any stars but it is making me.
