Not impressed with the customer service at all. I got a pair of pink Justin Gypsy's for a birthday present back in late January of this year. It's now TWO MONTHS LATER & they are falling apart above the heel by the stitching. Took the boots into them so they could see it & the lady who co owns this place with her husband told me I could still wear them! I told her that why would I wear them if I know they are going to fall apart. They didn't care that they are selling poor quality Justin boots. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Maybe they should care
