I would never go back to them. They actually messed up my taxes last year by not including a W2 that they were given. In fact when I brought them the IRS letter, they acted like it had to be my fault and then they found they had the missing W2 scanned into their system but it was never included. I now owe the IRS an additional $1,100 and American Eagle Tax's answer was to give me a check for $70 for the penalties and fees. They didn%u2019t even give me back my money for their terrible service which cost me $135. Terrible Business, Terrible Service.
