I went to return an item which was misrepresented and had an awful time. I had to tell them that just because they had a sign that said "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" doesn't give them some kind of amnesty to fraud. According to the Better Business Bureau, if an item is misrepresented or malfunctioning then it is the responsibility of the business to either provide a substitute or refund, regardless of store policy regarding returns. It doesn't matter if the item was on sale or anything at all, if the item was described as being sterling silver and you find out that it
