I rated one star out of five because there wasn't an option for ZERO stars. Used them to finance tires on our car from Big O Tires. They started harassing me everyday BEFORE my first payment was due. Is unable to take ANY payment over the phone (until the payment is overdue then are only able to take checks). Filed a lawsuit only one month after payment was due. Payment was late only because they don't take debit cards over the phone and we had no checks to mail (they were being sent to us) and lived out of town from where they were located.
