Ray Drennan from Floors Unlimited laid floors in my new home. Two weeks afterward, they cupped. He admitted that he did not do any moisture testing and that he did not check under the house. His wife, Karen Drennan, said that she has contacted all of the installers in the area and they do not do moisture testing either. When I contacted all of them (for a replacement estimate), they said it was standard practice. We've tried to settle things with them out of court.
