Poor customer service and communication. They do not do what they say and then do not contact you to let you know. They were hired by me to fix a sewer line at a rental property and in the process they busted a perfectly good water line to the house. The plumber working on the house called me and explained and said it was their fault so they would fix it for free and make it right. When I got my bill, they charged me for replacing the busted pipe! I called the company and the owner was very rude, yelled at me and ended up hanging up on me. I cannot believe that a comp
