Wireless system constantly fails and has me calling tech support at least every other week. When I do call, they seem to temporarily correct the problem; They fail to ever actually "fix" the problem. Their login system to use the internet is even worse. Every time you want to get online, you have to log in through their website portal to access the internet, instead of allowing your computer's built-in wireless networking capabilities to connect to the internet.
