I recently hired Cloud 9 to do some irrigation work and planting and am thoroughly disappointed. I asked Jim directly if he was licensed and he said he was which help prompt my decision to go with them. Turns out his ROC license is suspended #271342. What I got for what I consider a lot of money was according to a few people including my wife and others was an argument between him and the guy working for him who did most of the work stating he is reducing his pay to $50 for the day after doing a poor job.
