If it hadn't been for Dr.Ousley my cat Leroy wouldn't have made it or any of my other cat's he has a good turn toward people and he don't turn away just because of money if your pet needs him he is there day and night for them and never says a word about seeing the pet at late hours and other vets would say wait till the next day and bring them in to the office but not Dr.Rudy he gets up and comes in for the pets so he is the best in my book.
