I took a dress in to be cleaned and am extremely unhappy with the outcome. The dress was beautiful. Black and white...classic and classy.It was an anniversary gift. I wore the dress at dinner on the night of my anniversary. It was in perfect shape when I dropped it off at the cleaners. When I picked it up the the white was gray. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact and see the owner, I wrote a letter. I never heard from anyone. I then called again and after many attempts the owner told me it was not his fault and there was nothing he could do. I guess I lear
