My mother and I came to A Brush of Excellence for the first time about a month ago and Brenda Reece was the stylist that did our hair. We paid $140.00 over all for both of our hair and my mother got a perm and I got a color service. My mother, who is a very kind person and doesn't like confrontation did not complain about her perm, when Brenda fried her bangs and she is just now growing hair back in a bald spot in her bangs where she left the perm in too long.
