I manage the inventory control, receiving, and purchasing for a medium sized advertising and graphics company in east end, Louisville. Cope is one of our many suppliers, but quite possibly the best that we deal with. Ordering is easy and they are willing and able to cut whatever we need to size and still deliver ahead of schedule. Should any low-stock issues arise they are forth-coming and work with us to expedite delivery to help us maintain our SLA. Even the gentleman that does the delivery, known to me only by his nickname, Smoky, is kind, friendly, and considerate.
