I have been a customer of The Vision Center for at least five years, as well as my husband. I have always had a great experience with the customer service you had to offer. As far as the doctor, there are not enough great words to explain how wonderful he has been and how he has improved my vision from prior experiences. However, customer service is still the most important factor to me when dealing with any situation. I called for an appointment and asked for the amount I would be charged. The clerk gave me an answer that made totally no sense with my insurance involv
